Keep packing the wrong orders

The last few months takealot keeps getting my orders wrong, and making me lose weeks while I wait for them to replace the order. The most recent interaction was takealot putting the wrong product image which didnt match the product bio, so I received something I have no use for and the product is considered non returnable so I can't send it back through the app. And when I email them, i keep getting different agents who just keep telling me to return it even when I tell them I don't have the option??
