Iam disgusted in their service - I placed an order last night Sunday - and paid for next day delivery - get a message 16:02 that they can’t get hold of me

Keep in mind no one called or emailed - so I called the customer care line and spoke to Jonah he said they are in the area and he will get them to deliver before 7 tonight - still waiting no delivery happened

Why Rob me by taking my money for delivery and not keeping to your turn around time - if I wanted free delivery I would of chose tomorrow the 24th Jan but I paid for today the 23rd Jan

Useless is not the word- as for Jonah please teach him some proper customer care skills - lying is not a good trait-

This matter should be escalated to higher power than Jonah and I want my items paid for , my delivery fee and an incentive for your misrepresentation in terms of delivery
