*** service ***** and incompetence

<p>Bought a new phone they delivered a second hand phone. I use takealot because I travel everyday so they deliver to my work so I can collect it later. Now I want to return the phone and get a new one but I am not in the office.</p> <p>Its a simple solution they phone me I give them my current address they phone the delivery guy give him the address and he drops and collects.</p> <p>But they blantantly refuse saying they cant do that and I dont care I am the client I didnt mess up they did its their responsibility to fix it </p> <p>Still waiting for a phone call.....</p> <p>Completely useless</p>
