I have received 3/4 of my items and someone elses wrong order.

I logged this with the rude consultant 5 days ago, they are only interested in collecting the wrong item but not bothered at me emailing and calling ad calling to know when i will receive my damn order. I am so fed up with Takealot. consistent damn issues with them !!
