I ordered 3 items at takeout.com last month and my parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 8th. One item was cancelled and I was supposed to be credited back my funds but never did. Then on the 5th a driver calls and u couldn't pick up my call I then tried to phone the driver back Lumkani never picked up his phone I left a message,nothing. I then received a call on saturday the 6th I asked him since I am not not at work as I used my work address for delivery because I'm always at work he started shouting at me and became rude telling me he wont do that. He said on Monday then hung up the phone I got irritated called him back he continued by being rude to me. The next thing I receive emails saying my order is cancelled. Can I have my money back takealot bcz clearly your services are not up to standard with your rude drivers. order number #***5 I need this resolved asap
