I ordered 4 items from takealot. The one order a electric wireless rechargeable razor arrived without the cutting blades, thus i logged a exchange. The damaged/missing part item was collected by a driver and to date the exchange item, nor a credit balance has been made. I have contacted them 2 times telephonically but still have not succeeded to get my money back nor my exchange item likewise
