The service sucks!!! Firstly when I placed my order there were different dates that my parcels can be delivered I then chose the 26 of April simply because that's the date I will be available at my place,take a lot decided to ship my parcels two days earlier and I received a call from the delivery guy on the 24 April which I told him am not at the office but I will only be available on the 26 April and again on the 25 of April I received another call from a different guy saying he is at my work place to deliver I also told him that I selected the 26 of April to be my delivery date for a reason and he said he will deliver on the 26. Today is the 26 of April and I check my order guess what????it's cancelled without my consent. Firstly your website display dates that a patron chooses for the delivery and that is a good thing honestly but you delivering on the date that I did not opt for sucks,at least you must phone to confirm if the customer is okay with the early delivery because with the working from home it's difficult to just come collect the order. I was anticipating my order today NXA!!!!
