this company is very poor. customer service is terrible. the call center agents cant resolve a simple delivery issue. i wonder who taught the word 'escalated'.... thats what they good at to escalate. damn poor service from such a company i trusted. i urge those who plan to order to try avoid this ****y company by all means. pity i cant fully express my feelings on this platform. but im surely ****ed.
