JVC nightmare

Good morning

I bought this item in less than 2 years and it turned out to be my biggest regret. 1stly it was advertised as an Android smart tv that comes with apps pre installed. No one told me that they are not working. Dstv now not working and Showmax not working. Nothing was said about this so called smart tv. Now I just bought a smart box to connect and playethe apps that are not playing and o just find out that the hdmi slots are also not working they give a grey color. I tried different hdmi cables they do the same but work on another tv. I have been misled into buying this useless piece of screen and fuming as I feel that the advertising was not clear. I need this repaired or replaced. JVC lt32n750
