Just useless all round.

So I order a few things, get confirmation that they out for delivery last week already, log a error and now nothing, no delivery and you cannot log another call as one is already logged, don’t mention trying to phone the useless bunch as the phone just ring forever. TOTALLY PATHETIC! Please employ people to answer the phones and drivers who don’t lose deliveries! How do you lose a delivery?
