Just terrible.

<p>I have had trouble with takealot for some time now. Their delivery time can take years and they also occasionally send the wrong thing. I bought a tv from them which they stated would take 5-7 days to arrive at the warehouse. 9 working days later still no info on whete my package is. So I sent them an email and they rep**** by saying it should take 2-3 working days to arrive at the warhouse and then it still needs to be shipped to me. I am still waiting for info on where my package is. </p> <p>I had another incident with takealot when i pre ordered a video game and it came like 5 days after release. During that time i was exchanging emails with their staff to see where my package was and how long it would take to deliver. I spoke to three different people and they all gave me different dates. It would have been easier for me to go and look for a copy of the game and take less time and effort than dealing with these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was another issue with them where they sent me the wrong thing. I bought a necklace as a birthday gift for someone and when it arrive it was completely the wrong product.</p> <p>All three of the above issues happened in the last 2 months.</p> <p>Takealot may have good deals but their customer care is so sh*t. </p> <p>I will not be using them agian.</p>
