Just sending new delivery dates doesn’t fix the problem.

I now have two packages that are late. The one will have taken 2 months, if they deliver on the new delivery date (moved several times already)

The other one which should have been less than a week is now due after 2 weeks.

Takealot will soon realise (like the post office) the damage done by poor service cannot be easily undone.

I can only cancel the order once it has been delivered? Why not now while they don't ship it?
