Just Pathetic!

I placed a "next day delivery" order with Takealot on 27 November 2024. The order was delivered on 12 December 2024. Every morning I would receive a message to say that the order was out for delivery and that I would have it before 17:00. But each day at 17:00 or 18:00 I would receive a message to say that the delivery was rescheduled.

Apparently Takealot uses CourierIT.

When the order finally arrived I found that it was not the correct items, and I had to send it back to Takealot. I filed for a return on 12 December 2024. I received a message to say that the order would be collected on 13 December 2024. We are now at 19 December 2024... still no courier in sight. I still receive a message each morning to say that they would collect "today," so I stay at home the whole day waiting.

I HAVE BEEN SITTING AT HOME THE LAST 14 WORKING DAYS WAITING FOR A COURIER!!!
