Last year, October, i bought an item from Takealot which cost R130.00. It didn't work so i returned it. Guess what, they accused me of returning the incorrect item. It then took 4 attempts to return iit to me. Over the xmas period I spent R16000.00 at Makro which would gone to Takealot. I now buy from Makro and others. Takealot must fall.
