Just keep on selling broken ****

The service an quality sucks. I bought two items(earphone R169 and watch R420) I then had a voucher of R150 off my purchase which is used.........everything was well until I was sent a returned watch, so the watch was pair to a device already I then reset it only for it to go off I put it on charge and it never came back on although the battery showed full. I then requested an return as the item is not working and its not my fault but been the f@#*^@;@ greedy people their are there only credit me R270 like ***. I both two items why take the whole discount voucher of this item when it's not my fault for changed an item that faulty from your end.
