JUST GET A REFUND - NEVER EXCHANGE

NEVER exchange a product with Takealot!! Just return it & get your money back! Their exchange process is useless & their communication is non existent! Took 14 days & countless emails & calls for the accessories to be collected - 15 days to be "evaluated by the supplier" only to be told there was nothing wrong with it. Then after sending evidence of the printing errors that same day & AGAIN trying to follow up daily, I phone 4 days later to find out it hasn't even been followed up by them with the supplier! Shokcing service. Item returned on the 26th October = 36 days later & still waiting.
