Just come anytime they fell like

At first when i ordered it said that it will be here on Thursday. So I know how to plan my week. Next thing im getting a mail on Tuesday to say my order is dispatched. I am out of the office on Tuesday when a call comes to me from my reception telling me that the takealot delivery is here. I ask can he wait 10 mins for me to drive there. He says no he is leaving in 5 mins. So i rush over from a meeting. get there and is then told by the courier guy that he could have come back in 2 hrs if i could not make it... Why tell me this after i rushed to get my stuff... That is now ridiculous service and is that is the last time i order from takealot...
