Just awful

I ordered a product that is non returnable and I understand that part but I what was delivered was 1 bottle short and there is no way on the app to report this shortage so they can correct the mistake they made. I think it's bad customer service to just not have the option for your customers to communicate their reciepts of the product at all since we can only find out what we are getting after opening the box it came in. My order number was #*** and the order that came 1 bottle short was the "Pack of 2 Disaar Vitamin E Oil ( 30 ml x 2)" which only 1 bottle came.
