Bad service I received from takealot after requesting a refund for returning a wrong purchase that is still under a warranty, undamaged and not used as they confirmed, the required product was a dstv smart LNB according to dstv accredited installer so I made a purchase for the universal one. When I return the product in 3days I was told my return it has been declined therefore they can't refund my money back
