I bought a small 7kg single tub washing machine from Takealot. I was notified to pick it up on 20 January 2026, which I did. When I opened the package there was two Coleman coolers inside. I took it back to the depot, where they refused to accept it. Their argument was that I should file a return log on the app. And it will be collected. I refused, because this is not my fault, but their's. Also I am working, so there is no place where they can deliver it. I left the wrong parcel at the depot and left, after I was told to contact the customer care. I tried and after numerous attempts, it remains unanswered. I also sent several emails but also no response. Please help
