JIHAD.S EXCELLENT SERVICE

Takealot provides the worst Customer Service in SA, I have not once but numerous times had to fight for service. Either they make you call them 100 times, send you from pillar to post, don't respond on emails, give you stories just to get you off their back and to top it all off, the senior staff is worst. They will give you a story and then neglect you and not respond to you at all. This is disgusting coming from senior staff, so how does one expect good service from the junior staff if the customer service rate from senior is 0.

But then you find agents like Jihad.S THE LIGHT OF TAKEALOT. Congrats to EXCELLENT service Jihad. He was unfortunate that I have reached him on the line when I called in, as by that time I was ANGERED to the max with frustration, with the *********** service I have received from numerous staff members including SENIOR STAFF, put he handled it like a pro, I am so happy with his service, I even find it hard to believe that he is a TAKEALOT staff member. Well Done Jihad, you certainly need a promotion. If only all TAKEALOT stuff can have the professionalism and excellent customer service you have, promise the company will be the best in SA. I am 500% satisfied with you service, KEEP IT UP
