Jeronimo electric remote controlled car pink

I purchased this item for my little girl and the product recieved was the wrong product. I send them an email showing where the problem game in as the item had the wrong barcode on it and i revieved a fast car, which isnt worth the money nor is it the correct product.

After i email them about the problem they removed the product from their website and just told me that they would credit my accou t with the amount i paid for the item.

2 problem i have with that is i will never shop with tajealot again as their customers services is terrible, and no one could answer me when i asked them if any of the other parties who might have revieved the wrong priduct have been contacted.
