**** JBL Headphones

I purchased JBL Headphones on the 13 November and the item was delivered on the on the 14 November, upon receiving the product i realised the Headphones delivered are **** as I have previously used the product before, and the design of the product on the their website is totally different to the item delivered. I immediately returned the product on the 15 November stating the discrepancies identified and requested for a refund and yet to date no refund has been done all I am getting is back and forth on email which do not have a resolution of the query. I am not happy with the product which they delivered and the product they've put on their website is misleading as the advertise one thing and deliver something of an inferior quality. I need my refund and nothing else.
