I've shopped at Takealot twice: The first time and the last time.

I purchased and paid for 2 items from Takealot. A Camera and a memory card that fits inside the camera. After 16 days, Takealot advised me that they cannot supply the camera, but are sending me the memory card. Thanks Takealot, but the card is useless without the camera. Now.. here's the madness, they will send the card I don't need with a courier, I then let them know I no longer want the card, so they send another courier to pick up the card I initially told them not to send because it is useless to me. In the meantime, while all this admin is going on, they are sitting with my money that I could have used to buy the same camera from another store, which I can't do anymore because Takealot has "takenalot" of my money. You are wasting the couriers time, petrol and money sending him to me with a memory card I don't want and then sending him again to fetch what I told you from the get-go I can't use. Makes zero economic sense to me. Please explain why this exorbitant waste of time and money. This Camera was a Christmas gift for my wife, so thanks for messing that up as well. If I had the camera, I would take a photo of my wife's face when I give her the memory card and she asks me "what must I do with this?" Terrible service, or what do you think?
