I've had the worst service from takealot and their drivers

I've had the worst service from takealot and their drivers. I've paid delivery for an order that I submitted. Initially there were delays in delivery, they would claim that they tried to contact me but they didn't. Then I received a call that I must go pick up my parcel at another location. Whereas I've paid for delivery. Now I'm using my petrol and time for a service I've already paid for. This is disgusting service
