I bought a Blackview phone from Takealot and now the speaker of the phone is not properly working. Takealot says I should return it to the manufacturer and I tried contacting BlackviewSa they told me that they are just a distributor. I don't know what else to do as the only website available online is the South African one and the phone still 14 months warranty on it. HAVE I BEEN ****MED???
