Its okay.

TakeAlot gives me mixed emotions, I have had many struggles especially with items that are advertised and then upon delivery, its not the same item. I was also not allowed to say on the reviews, that its not the same product.

I have sent many of those back in order to get the item that was advertised and I would get a different item delivered each time, as well as sometimes you would pay for a product and receive one of less value, which I feel is a bit of **** tbh! Especially around solar controller products.

Their communication in regards to these issues can be improved, however I have encountered sales person(s) that were actually very helpful especially around refunds and order queries.
