Its either broken or doesn't arrive!!!!

I ordered my daughters 8th birthday gift on the 28th of July, well in advance to be here in time on the 6th of August. R300 later it gets here, a week before her birthday (we are in Limpopo and we collected from Centurion). Of course to build excitement we rap it and leave it where she can see it. The night before I make sure its charged and ready. The next morning 20 min after she started using it, it stops working. So I immediately request a return and it takes another week to get back to Centurion and another few days for refund. We decided to take the more expensive option and she had to earn the extra R350. Monday morning, 23 Aug I pay the extra and request delivery. The updates even on morning of delivery, promised to be here by 5 that afternoon. Around 8am I get a call from courier who wants to know where in Pretoria I am. THEY DONT EVEN SERVICE THE LIMPOPO AREA!!!!!! I called back twice and asked her to drop it off at my sisters place, but she refused. Seven very long calls later I get an email from takealot to apologies and SORRY JUST WAIT 3 more days (which means only after the weekend as we are an outlying area). So eventually I had to tell my daughter. This is a nice review compared to what she thinks!!!!!!!!! The worst thing is the courier company was the takealot team????? Make it up to her..........
