It's bad.. really really bad!

Unbelievably poor service every time I try using the platform. I've been sold faulty devices on numerous occasions and the returns policy is shockingly inefficient. They promise collection and delivery across the country but I spent over a month waiting for a delivery before eventually giving up on their services. Incredibly poor and I don't see myself using it again any time soon
