It's about take a lot delivery the broken dinner set

am lodging this complaint regarding Takealot order #**********70, placed and paid for on 8 January. On the 19th January 2026 Monday take a lot delivered my parkade package only to find out some of the thing are broken even though the box was not opened I would hear that there's something broken. I opened the package found that there's broken plate. I logged the complaint and called them they didn't respond ASAP. I so ****ed off with there service it's very bad. Now I'm left with broke dinner set .
