Its a hassle to get your money refunded at Takealot.

Takealot has received my items for refund and only partially refunded me. I have sent MANY emails and all the agents I speak to say that on their system it states that I have been fully refunded but I haven't been. Frustrating experience and NOTHING I can do as a customer. Takealot has *****ed me out of my money and that's the end of the story. Not one of their agents will go the extra mile to investigate my issue.
