Items that were ordered were replaced by other items, no quality controll

I have ordered 2 USB chargers on***9 and were asked to collect, but received 2 screen protectors. Then were told it is out of stock. On ***9, it were advertised again and I ordered 2 charger again, just to be supp**** with 2 screen protectors. I asked for return and replacement, just to get an email, telling me I now got credit. I asked them to check that the correct items to be supp****, and they confirmed that they checked it! Takealot does not have any quality controll over their stock that they supply and does not care about their customers!
