Items tampered with from takealot

I've placed an order on the 30/08/19 and my item arrived on the 6/09/19. On arrival I've discovered that 4 dolls have been missing and the item looked tampered with ( there was supposed to be 6 princess dolls in the box and there was only 2). The driver advised me to call takeout customer care which I did immediately. Liziwe from takealot had sent me an email stating their processes which I totally understand. However liziwe has no sense of urgency. Liziwe hasn't rep**** to my emails today. She advised me that someone will be at my home today to fetch the products which has not happened! I am absolutely frustrated because I've placed this order well in advance. it is my daughter's birthday on saturday and nothing has been done!!! No one has rep**** to my emails or called to let the customer know what's going on!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm at my last straw with liziwe telling me 24 hours ever since friday!!!! Takealot get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will definitely be losing more than 1 loyal customer !!!! Get this sorted!
