Items short delivery

I have ordered goods from Takealot on 22nd May.They have scheduled for delivery today 28th May.Order No ***8,was split into 2 parcels on 1 day,which I did not ask for.usually they delivery everything in stock all together.I am battling bto get InTouch with Takealot,since Monday 22nd,no response on the last item I am waiting for,Lucky 3 head shaver.First parcel I received,consist of 2 flash drives,second parcel arrived later the same day ,Wahl hair clipper. I want to get get a refund from ,no answer from this company, Unreliable.
