Items received incomplete for Order #***4

I am very very disappointed with Takealot. I have purchased Professional Training Adjustable Rotating Wig Stand With Mannequin Head for R670. ONLY the Mannequin Head was delivered WITHOUT the Adjustable Rotating Wig Stand. I received the order last week Thursday and before I even paid for the items, I unwrapped the boxes and confirmed with the lady (named Gloria) that delivered my orders that the Adjustable Rotating Wig Stand was not in the box.

I have been calling the Bloemfontein pick up point since last week Thursday and talking to a lady called Chantel who has been promising me that they will check what happened with the order and until today, I had to call them AGAIN TODAY to check what happened with my order and I have not yet received feedback.
