ITEMS PAID FOR NOT RECEIVED - CUSTOMER SERVICE USELESS

Ordered items for next day delivery. Was forced to reschedule as driver came late. Received two packages the next day. One is complete and the second package has item missing. Called immediately, operator informed this would be checked and i would receive an email shortly. NOTHING. i logged two more emails to takealot as well as logging twice via the customer service option on their site. The only thing that does is give you a message that you will receive and email. Guess what - STILL NOTHING. the product was R150.00 but to pay R150.00 and NOT RECEIVE IT IS DISGUSTING. USED TO HAVE GREAT SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT. LATELY ITS AN ABSOLUTE ZERO RATING
