Items not replaced and not refunded

I order 4 frosted 1.2m led lights online, made the payment and waited for delivery. Well delivery was late but not the issue. The issue is the 4 frosted Led lights suddenly turned into a chair that was not what i wanted. Logged a return order and it was collected. According to Takealot the return is concluded but i still dont have my lights nor the chair as that was collected as per the return order. Then i ordered round and oval bulkhead lights which was delivered but they where to small that i could even fit a light bulb into them. So I returned them as well and they show concluded as well and till now no refund on them as requested. Guess it money or items i will ever see again
