Items not received, Takealot not providing feedback

Takealot delivered an order, yet numerous items were missing . Attempts to contact them through telephone were futile, as their phone numbers were unresponsive. I managed to contact them via their website and received one email requesting more information. Despite providing additional details as requested in that email, subsequent attempts to reach them through four additional emails yielded no response. This lack of communication is unsettling, and the service provided is unsatisfactory. I am deeply concerned about the whereabouts of the missing items and the duration it will take to resolve the issue. At the very least, regular updates should be provided if there are delays in locating the missing items. Should the items remain untraceable, a refund must be issued promptly.
