Items not received

I placed an order of 3 items on 25March2025. The order was spilt in 2. With 1 item delivered on 1 April. The other 2 items still reflect as Not yet Shipped. No updates. I queried this with Takelot on the 3 April and had to send photos of the item received and the package and barcode. Up to now I have not received any feedback on when my other 2 items will be delivered. I have been emailed by Apiwe and Mubasen and all I get is they have to check the warehouse. I have asked them to cancel the 2 items and credit my Takealot account but still no feedback. I need this resolved assp!!!!!
