Items not received and no delivery on a promise

I ordered ***boy hats and they were never delivered and was promised it will be resent with no delivery fee and now Takealot is quiet and I need it for the weekend. I had to wait a week for the items to be in stock and now when I requested it to be delivered now all of a sudden it out of stock. What happened to the two I ordered?
