Items not delivered / Takealot more waste/ Pathetic customer service

I have purchased Takealot more firstly. I ordered 4 items 2 were delivered 2 were not the 2 that was not delivered has a value of R400. I contacted takealot as it showed as all items were delivered . Phikiwsa M got in touch from takealot to advise that thier warehousing staff made an error and he asked me if i would like a replacement or refund? i advised id like a replacement. They have gone cold ever since. This was the second time they have done this was aslo done around the 6th of sepetember and again now for my kids birthdays . absolutely Pathetic from takealot.
