Items not delivered "recipient not available : whereas I am sitting and waiting for the order

i waited for my order only to find they have updated, that "recipient not available " and had yto reschedule the delivery . Their call centre is not manned,I waited for almost an hour waitingf for my call to be picked up until I tried another option of general queries where they dropped my call.
