Items not delivered

So what are you to do if you've paid am online service provider 4K for goods, which just hadn't been delivered? I've raised more support tickets than I can count, have had a response that they are investigating, but that's it!!!!

In the end, I can't talk to someone, I've paid 4K for items I haven't received, what do I do?

It's now 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date, so please don't tell me to be patient!!
