Items not delivered

I have placed an order on 8 February and only received half my order. The outstanding items have not been delivered or even packed. The order still shows are placed on their website. The worst of all is the items shows as in stock on their website and can be delivered the next day

After logging a request on their site, they came back and said they have escalated the issue and it will be delivered within a few days. Two weeks later still nothing
