Items missing on delivery, no help from TakeAlot

I received a delivery on the 6th of August which is missing 2 items. I have been in contact with Takealot since the 6th and have only received a generic we will look into this matter. I am still awaiting either the items or my money back. I will not be doing any business with takealot after this has been sorted and take my money elsewhere.
