Items missing from order takealot refuse to reimburse me

I bought this fancy sink, had my kitchen guys install it, fit it into the granite and when my plumber came to do the plumbing he found it was missing the waste and pipes, I had to at my own expense but the missing parts in order for the rest of my kitchen upgrade to continue. Takealot are refusing to reimburse me and say I I must return the whole sink. So they expect me to now rip up my R40k counter top to send the sink back. I am not the only customer to have received this sink without all the parts. Takealot knowing very well that there have been other customers with the same problem, should handle this better. I won’t be buying another thing from them.
