Items missing from delivery - support query ignored

Ordered a whole bunch of items a few weeks ago and one of the smaller items was completely missing from the order. Received an empty box with nothing inside.

Contacted Takelot explaining the situation and the missing item and my support query was never even answered.

Considered just leaving it since the item was fairly inexpensive but I am still entitled to receive all the items that I paid for.

Absolutely shocking service
