Items missing from Deliver worth more than R1000 not resolved

So I just received my order, and it is incomplete! I ordered 3 Items online, and only received 2 in the parcel today. The largest and most expensive item, "Berlinger Haus 4 Piece Marble Coating Cookware set" was not inside the parcel.

The order now shows it is completed and delivered on the app when logging in, but it is not complete, my cookware set has not been delivered! Where is my cookware set that I ordered? Why has it not been delivered? When will I receive my cookware set that I paid for and that was not delivered?

What is going on here, I am realy frustrated as I was waiting for my parcel only to find it incomplete! Not to mention that the Panado capsules I also ordered were missing 4 tablets as well!!!

This is the worst service I have ever Experienced!

I want my pots, and I want answers! When will I get my pots, and why is it missing!

I have phoned 3 times already and sent 8 emails no responce and nonreply back from Takelot.
