ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Extremely dissatisfactory experience!

This is the second order received within a one week time frame where I only received a partial order due to goods going missing in transit.

The first instance I could not get the lost in transit item due to a defecit in stock, the irony is that the lost item was the reason that I placed the order initially.

The received goods were merely ordered to qualify for free shipping.

I am outraged, this is pathetic service at its best!
