Items incomplete. Another wait for me

I ordered a set of two cable clip organisers from Takealot around a week ago.

My order came, but I wasn't at the office to sign for it personally. When I opened the takealot box and checked my full order afterwards, I realised that the cable clip packaging was actually open, and one of the cable clip organisers was missing from the package. Now I have to wait to lodge a return, and re-ship. I really wanted those organisers by this weekend so that I could tidy up my PC cables. I am going on leave, and now it looks like I might have to specially go to the office just to pick up a tiny package, once it arrives.

Care should be taken to ensure everything is complete before shipping to the customer. I am unfortunately quite disappointed. Is there a way we could speed up this process, or at least change delivery address details so I don't have to go back into the office?
